Gayne Kalustian-Carrier is an associate attorney with the firm. Her practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in a wide variety of litigation matters.

Prior to joining Glick Haupt Marino LLP, Gayne clerked for the Honorable Deborah L. Boardman of the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. She then worked at two law firms in San Francisco handling a wide variety of business disputes and plaintiff-side antitrust litigation, including a firm named a finalist for The American Lawyer’s 2023 National Litigation Boutique of the Year and one of the National Law Journal’s Top 10 Plaintiffs’ Firms in the Country.

Gayne graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College, where she majored in Anthropology and minored in creative writing. She then moved to California to receive her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she spent most of her time working on legal services projects serving individuals with disabilities.

After years of traveling and living in places like New Hampshire, Alaska, Maryland, and China, Gayne relocated to San Luis Obispo to be near her immediate and extended family, who have owned small businesses in San Luis Obispo or worked as civil servants. She lives in San Luis Obispo County with her partner, their two dogs, and 70 orchids.
